Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. Following the end of her childhood career in gymnastics Ariel was competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. As a teenager she was awarded her professional card just one year later. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model as well as a an athlete sponsored by IFBB. She started to compete at fitness events after deciding to end the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. Within a year she could earn her Pro Card when she was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from her career after she earned her professional license to continue her studies. Her return to competition in 2015 continued previous performances, in which she competed at elite events such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. After winning her first competition She continued to compete for several years setting up new goals. She also won four fitness titles by the end of 2009. Including the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took an extended break when she earned her Professional card in order to earn her college diploma. The IFBB Fitness Pro debut took place at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. They placed her third at the competition. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016 and was able to qualify for the Fitness Olympia. In the span of three months, Ariel stepped onto the Olympia Stage to take home 6th in Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectation prior to that and was happy with her performance. Given that she competed against the best of the best. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing improvements to her body every year. Ariel is a fan of working on your lower back. Her typical back workout consists of bent over rowing, single-arm lat pull-downs, using a machine, pull-ups and seated rows. First, she warms up prior to moving on to work out sets. Ariel will also make use of every minute. Ariel does so by doing supersettings for all her exercises in the back. This involves three to four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
